  1. How does the test period work?

    After registration, you can activate the trial period for 14 days. The package in the Premium version is then activated - so you have full access to all tools in the system. After the trial period expires, the account becomes inactive and you should select the package you are interested in.

  2. Will I be charged automatically after the trial period?

    No. After the end of the trial period, the account becomes inactive and thus the system functions are unavailable. The extension is not automatic, so to use the system again, choose the package that is right for you. If your account has expired, the chosen plan must be paid for manually, unless the free package has been selected.

  3. How is the use of the system billed?

    Depending on the chosen plan, the package can be extended for a month, 6 months or 12 months. If you decide to extend the package in advance for a longer period, you will receive an additional discount of 5% and 10%, respectively.

    Paid system functions are available only after payment.

  4. Do I have to sign a contract with Bookero to be able to use the booking system?

    There is no need for this. By creating an account, you accept the Privacy Policy and Rules and Regulations which define the rights and obligations of both parties.

  5. Can I switch to a different type of account at any time?

    Of course. You can change the package at any time, both from lower tier to higher tier and vice versa. The only exception is when we have made an individual account modification for you. Such modifications are only possible in the Premium package - so you will not be able to change to a lower tier package.

  6. Does the system require any additional fees apart from extending the package?

    No additional fees are required for basic use of the system. The primary cost is to extend the plan. If you want to use the SMS notification function, you must additionally purchase an SMS package (prepaid).

    Individual modifications may also require additional fees. We make some minor changes as part of the annual extension of the Premium account, but in the case of more complex needs, additional price assessment will be required.

  7. Does the system have any booking limits?

    The system has no limits on the number of reservations, services, number of employees or other parameters.

  8. Can I get a VAT invoice for purchasing a package?

    Of course. A VAT invoice is automatically generated when the account is extended from the system panel. After making an online payment, the invoice can be downloaded in the "Billing" tab.

  9. Can I cancel my account at any time?

    Yes. You can cancel your account in the system at any time. Just stop paying for the package and your account will become inactive.

  10. Does the system meet the requirements of the GDPR?

    The Bookero system meets all the requirements of the GDPR regulation. All details are available in our Privacy Policy and Rules and Regulations.

    There is a tool available in the system panel to easily place GDPR consents in the booking form. All consents are stored in the booking details and in the customer profile.

  11. Is the use of the system safe?

    Bookero meets all security requirements. The system operates in accordance with Polish law, and its use is possible through the SSL security protocol.

  12. Who is allowed to use the system?

    The system can be used by absolutely anyone, both a company and an individual. There are no restrictions in this regard.

  13. Which activities can be handled with the system?

    The system can be successfully used in many forms of activity, including restaurants, hair and beauty salons, doctor's offices, spa services and escape rooms and many more.

    Bookero supports both single and group bookings, so the system can also be used for workshops or conferences. Thanks to individual modifications, we are able to adapt to the needs of each client.

  14. Do I need my own website to use the system?

    It is not necessary to have your own website to use the system. There is a page creator available in the panel, with the help of which we are able to successfully create a simple website with an integrated booking form. The wizard itself allows you to add, among others a price list, a content section with graphics or a gallery. You can also attach your own URL address to the website created with the wizard.

    A website created in this way can serve as a perfect showcase for your company.

  15. Can the system be used on your website?

    Of course, Bookero allows you to easily integrate with an external website. By downloading the plug-in integration code from the "Integrations" tab, we can choose any view of the booking form and place it on the website.

    We also have ready-to-install plug-ins for popular scripts such as Joomla! and Wordpress. Thanks to this, you can integrate even if you do not have any programming knowledge.

  16. I have a website based on a popular website builder (WIX, webwavecms). Is it possible to integrate the system with such a website?

    Of course, our system easily integrates with websites created in popular website builders, such as WIX or webwavecms. Integration is very simple, and in case of any problems feel free to contact us. We are always here to help!

  17. How do I book anything using the system?

    The user makes a reservation using the form on the website with a special plug-in.

    The configuration of the form, as well as the entire booking service, is performed from the Bookero system panel. This is where we manage our services, e-mail notifications and booking rules. We encourage you to set up a test account to fully experience the functionality of the system.

  18. Can anyone help me with configuring and implementing the system?

    Of course, if the need arises, we help with system configuration and plug-in integration with your website. We never leave a client without our help and support!

  19. Is it possible to make individual modifications to the account?

    As part of the Premium package, we offer individual modification options, as long as they are technically possible. Each change is individually priced, taking into account the level of complexity and execution time.

  20. Is it possible to integrate the Bookero system with external systems?

    If the external system provides such a possibility, we are able to perform integration on an individual order. We have already performed integration with many popular websites for our clients.

  21. What payment providers does the system support?

    In the system, we can choose from 7 payment providers: PayU, PayPal, Przelewy24, Tpay, Dotpay, Paynow or Stripe. In addition to online payments, you can also use the cash payment method.
